Payments
Start by searching for your citation number. If your search does not return any results, please call 541‑388‑5572 (Option 9) for assistance.
Things to Know

Not all violations are eligible for online payment. Any cases marked as “MUST APPEAR” and any cases that have been sent to collections cannot be paid online.

Making a payment on your citation waives your chance for a fine reduction.

If you submit a No Contest plea with your online payment, the Court will mail your judgment. If the address on your citation is not your current address, do NOT enter your plea online.
Traffic Safety School
Important Warning
If you have a traffic violation, you may be eligible for Traffic Safety School, which can lead to a dismissal of the violation once you complete all program requirements. Please contact the court to determine whether your specific violation qualifies for Traffic Safety School. If you pay your violation before being approved for the program:
- A conviction will be added to your DMV record.
- Your case will be closed.
- You will lose the option to have the violation dismissed through the program.
